Hi Everyone,
I am in Ottawa Canada and I am looking for someone in the Ottawa, ON area who is willing to get together once a week/bi week/month for a weigh in. I can host if preferable or come to you. I have a fit bit and am looking for friends to have some accountability there too. Starting Monday!
I know what to do to lose weight, but really need the motivation and accountability of a face to face weigh in and some support from friends to lick this once and for all.
