The meet went amazing! PRed all my lifts. 242.5 lbs (110 kgs) on squat. 170.9 lbs (77.5 kgs) on bench (no video). And broke state record with my deadlift, 385.8 lbs (180 kgs)! And I qualified for USAPL Nationals in October.

My 14-year-old son, repping out 225 lbs. Two weeks ago he couldn't get 185 up. I kinda hate him right now. (BTW, we're still working on that form.)

Finally got myself into a bench shirt. So much fun and can’t wait to learn it and start getting good. It’s a trip but the most fun I’ve had for a very long time. 97.5kg for a double to a 2 board. Need to get a proper bench belt so that the touch point of the shirt isn’t affected by the belt.1
