    Still been going well.
    Ive bought a scale and am weighing myself daily. Thats what i used to do, so hopefully it will help me be more accountable.

    It's a challenge, finding what works for you since it's very individual! Keep trying, keep tweaking, never give up, never surrender, damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!

    Its a bit tougher this time for me, because ive got a new job, and im surrounded by alot of temptations. Usually i tend to just avoid as many temptations as i can. but this time i constantly have to exercise alot of control. I really do believe that ill get there, but its going to be tough. Hopefully ill learn some discipline skills on the way.
