2/04...Walked w/DH and Bean (our grandpuppy) this morning for 4.25 miles in 96 mins (6.68 total miles for 14,578 steps) then got on the bike for 13.75 miles in 49 mins and part of G.I. Joe Retribution...lots of blowing things up! Then I went to 1st grade to help out then I planked for 2 mins then I worked out to KCM's Slim Sculpting for 30 mins...second circuit was four 30 second planks!!! bwahahahah!!!
