Ok one step at a time. Even if I dont do it forever, at least tomorrow I will not be forcing food into my body so late

You're on the right track! I'd like to submit two thoughts for you to consider: 1)Choose. 2)Choose today.
Choose, don't impulse. Just make the decision for today! You can make the choice for tonight. Don't get wrapped up in tomorrow or "from now on."

BTW, choosing is a two-way street. If you have a late business function, the kids are in town for holiday, you're on an occasional date night and you choose to eat after your "cutoff" then (IMHO) you haven't failed. You planned, like an adult, to take an action.

I so needed to read this today! I keep telling everyone that what a person puts in one's body is a choice but until I read what you wrote, I was basically talking about everyone else...not myself! I have to also remember that exercising everyday is also a choice...not a 'have to' thing. Thank for your encouraging words!

I've been super busy lately, so I'm recording today's numbers early. I had to work all weekend but am looking forward to getting back to my routine tomorrow!

This could benefit me very much. Like a previous reply I'm good during the day, but at night forget about it. My goal for March will be to not eat past 8 pm. Will update weekly
