    If you really want a good way to hit the goal fast just snack on peanuts (not fried)

    100 g = 567 cal, 16c 49f 26g

    And those are good fats. Also good protein.

    To follow on from this, Almonds are a great snack as well.

    Had abit too much protein thou.. but gammon looked to nice, really salt but oh well

    MMMMMMM gammon!!!!! Keep up the consistency though.

    Almonds can jog on, there to bloody expensive...
    I can hit the goal easy just trying to keep at this range see what happens....
    Need to eat more carbs according to this

    There are shelled pistachios, and I prefer those because shelling, as you say, is rather an annoying task. LOL but that's #FirstWorldProblems! :lol:

    I used to eat almonds every day until I developed an intolerance. I got so nauseous I thought I was pregnant!

    Yeah I look into it, but I like leaving the shells everywhere after my Mrs has cleaned up
