Do you have better workouts at certain times of day?

    for me it's middle of the day to early evening. If I work out too early I am still not awake (as in - I actually wake up before 6 every morning but my body isn't awake) if I work out too late then I find it hard to get to sleep.

    This, though I didn't realize about the glucose. I have an additional problem with after work because of digestive issues that don't occur if I run fasted.

    I'm still running at night until it gets too hot for it. Sleep is still no. 1
