    1. No late night snacks after 8 (only fruit)
    2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!
    3. Under sodium goal
    4. Hit protein goal!

The scale is finally going down, it's from no late night snacking!! I'm only a few pounds from my highest maintence weight, :)

I woke up 2 or 3 times in the night but resisted the urge to snack, feeling strong.

Since I tend to not eat enough during the day, I think I need to change my plan. Instead of banning late night snacking, I will allow eating after dinner as long as it:
    1. Is weighed and logged, no mindless eating
    2. Doesn't push me over my calorie goal for the day

After dinner tonight, I still hadn't quite reached 1200 cals. We have a viennetta in the freezer. No regrets :p

This is exactly what I'm doing. It's still working!

Welcome back! Joining is easy. Start with "one in a row" and add to it. That's how every streak started!

I'd encourage all our newcomers to read the original post by @lamlam2013. It may answer some questions. We're glad you're here!
