1. No late night snacks after 8 (only fruit)
2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!
3. Under sodium goal
4. Hit protein goal!
The scale is finally going down, it's from no late night snacking!! I'm only a few pounds from my highest maintence weight,0 -

This is exactly what I've done so far.(Only 33 days in). It's working!0
