Hello everyone, I'm Hannah and have been battling binge eating disorder for a number of years and I am ready to battle it again! In my weight-loss journey, I focus on self- esteem and fun. With the help of a dietitian, I find myself having a better relationship with food, not restricting myself, or having "cheat days". I'm in it for the long run! I'd love to have more friends on here who share the same philosophy- so let's join each others journey!

I'd be lying if I said your post didn't hit close to home. I have been suffering with what I call stress eating, which is essentially the same as binging. I used to go through "fasting" days and then give in and eat a bunch of junk food and feel bad about it. Always wanted to throw it up but felt too poor to waste money and food that way. It's a huge emotional battle that I can relate too. Add me for support.0
