Lexapro and hunger

I'm on a medication that makes me hungry all the time. Definitely weighing and logging food helps me keep track of what's going in my mouth. I started eating a lot of vegetables and adequate protein so mentally I know I'm eating a lot even if I don't feel full. I started scheduling rough times to eat, I don't usually have breakfast but still have brunch, lunch, and dinner so they're closer together and it's easier to just wait a couple hours over 4-5. Low calorie snacks help. I stopped watching TV, reading, or listening to music when eating and try to eat slowly so hunger cues kick in. It doesn't always work but it helps when eating alone. Staying busy and drinking a lot of hot tea at night helps as well.0
