    As an analytical guy, I find this topic discussion awesome. Today is day 85 in my get serious journey but I’ve only used MFP since October 28th (less than one month). When I’m at my desktop, I want to compare my cumulative calories deficit since using MFP and compare it to weigt loss which is 8.4 lbs. since I’ve started using MFP.

    On a scale of 1 to 10, my discipline in a 10 solid and I attribute this to the analytics of MFP.
