Sure, one can fit donuts, pizza, poptarts, etc. into a diet mathematically but the overall volume might not even justify the calories they are worth. Second, in reference to your original post, I've been keeping track of my total deficit since mid-June (when I started tracking faithfully), and my actual weight loss is currently less than a pound different from what my deficit says it should be. Pretty cool to see the proof that CICO is all that's needed for weight loss.
