Hi I was 17 stone , after a year and a half I'm down to 13 stone . Now Im stuck at 13 and can't get rid of my last bit of weight . I try stick to 1500 calories a day like the app tells me , I cheat on a Saturday. And I jog maybe 1-2 times a week . I work all day so I'm always on my feet and I don't drink alcohol so what's the problem?

    Are you using a food scale for solid foods?
    Do you log your Sat cheat?

    Packaged foods tell you how much a serving should weigh.
    Oat meal for example:

    If I use a measuring cup, I could end up with more or less than a serving depending on how full I fill it. However, if I place a bowl on the scale and zero it out I will know exactly how much of a serving I have. If I put 50 g in the bowl, then I have 1.25 servings.
