If someone handed you $2000 cash and said "Use your best creative ideas a entrepreneurial spirit to generate as much profit as you can with this in ONE WEEK", what would you do?
There's no limit other than time and your imagination. You must return the full amount of the loan, so be cautious. You may have help if you like. You may change the currency.

Not the point! The challenge is to use what you're given to generate MORE. The point is to create. Anyone can steal, that's not cclever. Be original! How can you earn more money? How can you make your money make money for you?

Gambling? Maybe take $300 to the casino one afternoon early in the week, that way if you lose it all, you can make it back again before it's due.

A bake sale? Invest $50 in dollar store cake mix, candy, and food coloring, buy great icing and fresh berries to decorate them, then enlist cute kids to make/sell goodies, and split the total earnings with them equal shares per person... You might break even on that one, but they'd LOVE you, and learn a valuable lesson.

But a cheap car at an auction and flip it on Craigslist or CarMax?

Invest in materials for washing cars and knock on doors with a $5 special. All day would be pretty profitable. Thats about $300 right there! (Just in case you lost it at the casino)

Throw a plate party!!!! Cook something AWESOME and tell your FB friends to bring $5 and BYOB. Invite 10 people and entertain them with music, a theme, games, etc. That's $30profit on $20 investment. Bonus points if you can start a game of poker.

...I used to have parties in my dorm all the time. Idk how well that translates in any other environment though tbh... so maybe scrap that one

I would buy it Costco roll of plastic food wrap, cut it into 3 foot lengths, repackage it as a weight loss wrap, buy a banner ad on MFP and get rich. Mawahahahaha.

Buy $2000 worth of Fleshlights and open a mobile Fleshlight stand in my enclosed trailer. Set up in our local business district during lunchtime and also set up in brand new subdivisions where they are throwing up houses.

BAHAHAHA!!! That is disgusting! ...and very creative. And weird.

I think my girlfriend on FB does that for real lol. Amazingly, people actually buy that crap even when the person selling it isnt fit o_O

I was thinking about a couple small, contracted, short term cash loans with high interest. I could make the deadline early enough to make the money back IF my borrowers fell through, and legally pursue my money later after my lender is taken care of. They're deadline is a week. My potentially flaky borrowers might come through in a month, but at least that's still profit over time. If they're good borrowers, then it's a win/win because I get it back quickly with interest!

They do! But $5 is way too much. Kids need options between .50 and 3 bucks. The trick is volume. Sell one kid a brownie and they'll go brag to all their friends, so everybody on the playground wants one.
A box of brownies costs $1, so I buy 3. Frozen cookie dough with candy costs $3, so I buy 2. A sheet of 24 "cookie dough brownies" just made me $30 profit, so $90 profit on a $5 investment.

The risk is too high at a party. My friends respect my home, so even when they're drunk, they're only so rowdy- no breaking things, minimal mess, no drama. The point that I'm a really good cook, and I can do an all you can eat homemade spaghetti w/meatballs, garlic bread, salad, and roasted veggies for cheap. People come because it's good, and they can pig out without feeling bad, cuz they paid for it. The atmosohere is good, the company is fun, its an excuse to get dressed up and get out of the house. Bring your own wine because I don't drink, but there's water and refreshing peach green tea on the table as well.

I guess I could charge admission to a hotel party, but I've done that before. People are really unpredictable. I think I'm getting old lol
