I'm a good starter but burn out fast so hoping can stay motivated. Goal this week - exercise every day, Sunday's off.
Challenging week with lots of family functions but happy I only gained a little bit. Today is a new day.

It is discouraging when the scale isn't showing a decrease, but don't give up! Everyone's weight loss journey is different. For me, it seems like if I eat really bad one week, it takes a week or two to show the weight increase, then a week or two to show a decrease again. Also, when I start to exercise more, it take a couple weeks to show a decrease. Sometimes, reassessing my progress and habits, helps for me to see if I am slipping in a certain area...such as not weighing my food, not moving as much, not drinking as much water, etc.
Just give it time. I know you can do this!5 -
