    True-ish: on weekends/holidays, I tend to wake up within about 15 minutes of when my alarm goes off during the work week

    (I also have two alarms set for work days.)

    false... I've already put on weight during November so I'm tightening my belt. However, even though I don't expect to put on weight over the holidays, expectations aren't always met.

    TNP is contemplating whether it wouldn't make more sense to start anew on New Years Day rather than struggle to control their appetite throughout December.
