Soy Protein Powder

Hey Everyone,

I just got a soy protein powder that I'm going to add to my morning smoothies.

I had been just using soy milk with fruit in my smoothies but I found myself getting hungry and usually the calorie count of most of my smoothies is below 120 so it's not super sufficient as a meal.

I have a question though (which I hope someone can answer) about the amount of protein powder I should be putting in when I make my smoothie.

The brand I'm using calls for 1 level scoop (about 2 tbsp) per 8 ounces. I'm wondering if I have to put in the full amount of protein powder per 8 ounces to get the full results of it?

    You can put the full serving into 16 oz if you want.. it will just not be as strong of a taste. You could put half a serving in .. you just won't get as much calories, protein, etc from the powder. Make a blend that you like the most.
