Long term goal or short term goal??

Which is best to put on your Fitbit dash board several short term goals or your long term goal weight?

    Whichever you like. If small goals will keep you motivated then do that. Others like the overall pictures.

    I will say that breaking things down to smaller goals makes things less of a mountain (to me).

    I put my eventual goal weight, and then not on the app have my own smaller short term goals to make things easier on me mentally. Long term is good to have in my mind but I am not spending all day thinking about losing 113lbs. I'm losing 13 right now, that's what I am working hard for!
