Someone Help!!!

I have the worst craving for chocolate!!! I feel like I could eat a ton of it right now, I am trying so hard to resist the urge, but I feel powerless. :(:(

I don't know what to do. I've done so well today and it's after dinner and I have that sweet craving that only chocolate can fix. I don't have any nuts, or anything sugar free. I feel like pulling my hair out, seriously freaking out!!!! :(

Buy some Hershey's kisses and have one. Get your fix and be done with it. Just don't eat the whole bag!!

That's the thing, if I have one, I won't be able to stop myself. I have some Hershey's chocolate kisses in the kitchen, but I'm afraid to go down there because I don't think I'll be able to stop myself at just one or two pieces.

Go dark... I' mean really dark chocolate like 80%+. This way you can have a nibble, but you won't want to snarf the whole thing down. It will give you your chocolate fix and save you from yourself!

Black & Greens is good, Camino is another nice one. Even Lindt has a good 85% one. The bars last a lot longer because they are not meant to be devoured, but savoured.

ETA: Fibre One makes chocolate brownies for like 110 calories as well. and they have 100 calorie chocolate snack bars which have chunks of chocolate in them. Don't deny your craving, just control how you feed it.

Yeah, I do love dark chocolate... Hopefully I can control myself until tomorrow so that I can get some.... But that chocolate sure is calling my name right now...

Go downstairs, get one, eat it and go back upstairs. Problem solved.
  • Do you know of a place nearby (grocery store, gas station, convenience store) where you can buy a single chocolate, like one of those Lindt chocolate truffles or something similar? They're usually right by the checkout counter. When I'm craving chocolate that's what I do. The closest place for me is a Circle K and it's a 3 block walk there & back, which makes me feel a little bit less guilty about it.

During springtime one Cadbury creme egg is my chocolate/sweet "fix." Not healthy, clearly, but at least it's only one.

It's a bit late in the evening and everything is closed. But my will power has been good. I think I'll just wait it out and either just have 1 hershey kiss, or wait til tomorrow when I can get some sugar free chocolate. :)
