    Yes. Basically full body lifts starting out. Accessory work as necessary as you progress.

    Walking is just mild cardio - it isn't leg day. At a minimum you should be doing squats and deadlifts for legs.

    You're missing shoulders, legs, and back.... I completely agree with everyone else find a real lifting program esp. As a newbie.

    Bodybuilding.com is a good place to start IMO. Look for a routine with compound lifts, squats, bech, deadlift.
