I need help on building a workout rutine

Ok so i should be doing more muscles at once right?
Should i be doing leg or not cuz i walk every day also i dont do much abs but i do, do them every day like 6 sets of 20 between 3 diferent sets of whatever muscle im doing nothing hard just crunches or leg lifts
Yes. Basically full body lifts starting out. Accessory work as necessary as you progress.
Walking is just mild cardio - it isn't leg day. At a minimum you should be doing squats and deadlifts for legs.

You're missing shoulders, legs, and back.... I completely agree with everyone else find a real lifting program esp. As a newbie.
Bodybuilding.com is a good place to start IMO. Look for a routine with compound lifts, squats, bech, deadlift.0
