Losing weight after wisdom teeth removal?

im having major dental surgery next month. My boyfriend is coming to take care of me and planning on making different veggie soups and things like that (he cant stay but for a few days so will batch make stuff to last me awhile). i imagine i wont have much appetite anyways, so.... not too worried about it. he will make sure its loaded with good stuff though.
