Since upgrading from a Charge to a Surge and due to an operation I have gained back approximately a stone. During the past 3 months I have been trying to lose again however I seem to be yo-yo'ing and I'm now 5lb heavier.

Should I be eating back my exercise calories? Has anyone else noticed a difference with the Surge?
