To my girlfriends trying to lose those last X pounds

Good morning and happy Monday after a Looong weekend!
I'm looking to pick up some new friends and support as I am REALLY trying to lose the last 5-7 pounds.
And now I KNOW all those women's magazines were telling the truth when they talked about how DIFFICULT it is to get that *last* bit of cellulite off that butt, or that *last* bit of jiggle that makes the difference between a dress size up and loose, or a dress size down and Sex-AY!
Because I am struggling!
Granted, it's only been 2 weeks of concerted effort, but the scale - and my body - haven't budged.
A little about me: I'm 5'2", 36, single, childless (c'mon, don't cry on my behalf! ;-). Just started working from home. Have a dog, walk with her about 2 hrs. a day. Just started Shaun T.'s insanity workout. Like running outside in the park (rain or shine). HATE gyms. TRYING to eat 1500 a day (my TDEE is apparently 1800).
I know if I keep at it, this will work! I would just like to have some fellow "Last #lbs."- veterans to cheer on/cheer me on in this final push!
