Hi guys,
Anyone know any buckwheat recipes that I could make for lunch?

I just like buckwheat cooked in broth, topped with a little cajun seasoning. I eat it along side faux chicken breast and green beans. *shrug*

I often use it wherever it calls for rice because I like the nutty flavor. It's also nice as a simple hot cereal with fruits and honey.
