Confused.com!!!!

I don't know if it's just me who's having this problem but I've just recently started seeing results from toning my bum and thighs but I'm getting puzzled as theres a dip in my bum that I can't seem to lift!? It's not cellulite I've tried to look around the Internet and see if I can do specific exercises to lift that dip but can't seem to find any. I think the part of the bum is called 'tensor fasciae latae'
I'd love any suggestions you's may have!!

    That's what people call a hip dip, I believe. If that's it, that's just how you're made. You're not going to exercise or calorie deficit it away. It's pretty common.

    Yep I have one also. I never saw it until I got down to about 22% bf. I went as low as 16% bf and it was still visible. Now I'm sitting in between( bulking right now) and it's still there. Sometimes we are just built differently then others.
