    I had a whoosh event over the weekend previous. I lost 3.2 lb in 2 days.

    August 26, 201.0 lb
    I had another whoosh event over the weekend previous. I was briefly in Onederland Monday.

    I really stressed myself out this month. I moved, and that always dominates everything about my life. I let it be my excuse to get fast food nearly everyday and never hit the gym, and barely any additional walking/activity outside of work. It's a miracle I didn't gain it all back!!! A bit disappointed in myself since I started SO good, but at least I still had a loss overall. Trying to get myself together for a good final push these last couple days.

    Total of 7.4 lbs down since i started this challenge (Only 2.6 lbs away from my goal!). Very pleased with that as I started late and even though it's not a huge weight loss, I can already see all the bloating that has gone down. My stomach looks slimmer and its only going to get better. I have started another challenge and will keep up with my daily yoga, making sure to eat lots of fruits and veggies and drinking at least 8 cups of water every day (actually gives you energy!!) and eating less carbs. I wish you all luck on the rest of your weight loss journey. You guys rocked! Feel free to add me on here! :smile:

    This has been a busy busy month for me. It is awesome to see I can lose weight even in the middle of my busyness (and not logging everyday :0). I probably need to lose another 10 pounds so hopefully by mid October I'll be there!!

    Bad is relative lol. I was losing 2 to 3 pounds a week and have gotten spoiled with the numbers.
