Is there pain? See a doctor
Popping can be normal but if new or painful get it checked1 -

Does it pop then not pop again for a number of minutes or does it pop every time?
You can't spot reduce...lower body fat and progressive resistance0 -
every time like say I sit down to pee it pops or I bend my left leg it pops it's 24/7 iv gotten used to it but I'd love for it to go away0

If there's no pain or swelling then I wouldn't worry unduly, probably just wear and tear
Ignore it and do whatever you like to do
If there is pain and / or swelling see your doctor1 -
thank you I appreciate the help !!!!0

Here's the ab workout my trainer gave me:
Leg raises. You lie on your back. Put your arms at your side & feet together. Raise your legs off the ground 6 inches & hold for 10 seconds. Do 3 sets of 12.
Sit down. Cross one leg over the other with the top leg bent & pulled to your chest then twist in the opposite direction.
With knees bent in the sit up position, angle your back 1/2 way between up & down & hold there using ab muscles only. With a weight in your hands (I use 10 pounds) twist from side to side touching the weight to the floor at the maximum end of the twist while still holding yourself at about a 45 degree angle. Again, 3 sets of 12
Do at least 3 planks for 10 seconds each, longer if you can
Stand up feet apart holding a weight in 1 hand. Bend to the side with the weight. Switch hands & repeat. Again 3 sets of 12. I do 1 set on each side then rest.
Plus do 30 minutes of cardio. Swimming is probably the best all over workout but walking, running, biking, elliptical will all do.1 -

Decent workout, but you can't spot reduce fat. OP can do all the ab exercises you put here, but the body will use fat from whatever part of the body it wants. Also, isolated ab exercises are usually pretty inefficient, especially because in most cases they're not doing what you think they are.
OP, please read over this.
