Finally a weight loss. Still up from my initial weigh in but at least this week it is down. I've been traveling and eating out way too much the last few months. Even though I try to make good choices, the salt in the meals seems to have a significant impact. This week will also have several meals out, planning on upping the water intake to offset the salt. Goal for next week is to be under 205.

cannot believe I didn't gain. Week was hectic:- had family in town for my parent's 54th anniversary, so, lots of eating.
- I lost my fitbit (alta - just fell off my wrist someplace), so that made me less motivated.
- I did not exercise or even walk like I had been.
- so unmotivated that I did not even log in to MFP, so, not only did I not track calories, I broke my streak of 115 days- that made me sad.
the good: I still lost. I ordered a new fitbit (charge2- hopefully, I'll like it as much as the alta). I am back here and have a 5-day streak lol
Week twelve weigh in:
8/1/16: 210 lbs - I am at the beach- on vacation-not being as strict as I should be-lets see what next week brings
8/8/16: 213.6 - Dang! pretty bad. today I will get back on it. lets see if I can get the momentum going again.
8/15/16: 208.8 - met a teeny tiny goal of breaking 210.
8/22/16: 208 - this is me happy with a small loss, rather than a small gain
8/29/16: 203 - beyond pleased. just need to keep it going.
9/5/16: 202.6 - small loss is better than stuck or gaining. I'll take it.
9/12/16: 201.6 - trying to be happy I didn't have a gain this week.
9/19/16: 199.6 - rough week at work, at play and on my heart.
9/26/16: 198.2 - its finally sinking in that I have broken the 200 mark
10/3/16: 196.5 - I have safely maintained under 200 pounds for a few weeks, and I am pretty sure it's not a fluke. feeling good about meeting that milestone.
10/10/16: 195.2 – posting a few days late because travel. Proud of the small loss, considering all of the drinking /eating I did over the last week.
10/17/16: 194.3 shocked. and happy. cannot believe I had a loss. wtg me!
