Just burned 550 calories on the max trainer doing an interval for 15 minutes. About to hit the heavy bag (lightly) for 3 rounds at 5 minutes each focusing on technique and do some rehab for my sprained shoulder. And then abdominals for cool down.3

Ummm waiting on my toasted peanut butter and grape jelly sammich. I earned this late night snack. I mean, it's healthy. It's on 12 grain bread...and peanut butter is full of protein...and grape is a fruit🤷♀️😆3
