New to MFP

Hi. I have just joined MFP, although I was a member for a short time several years ago. I have 80-100 lbs to lose, diabetic, and have just started a plant based diet this week. Hope to get lots of motivation on here!

    Good luck on your fitness journey! I have also switched my eating habits and I'm loving some of the plant based recipes I have found!
