Hello GoaDies since we move to new site i will continue with my Saturday weigh in thread if is ok with GoaD.

    For some of us Saturday is a weigh in day so if you follow the program the scale will follows
    up 2 with everything going on i was surprise that was only two pound,Onward@Donward

    Happy Saturday Gennaro!
    I took a "No Weigh" at the meeting this morning, I had a bad week of self indulgence and didn't want to face reality.
    Back on plan. Track everything. The plan works when you work the plan.
    I've gotta repeat that all day every day.

    Gained back the 2 pounds I was down last month. Still 2 below goal so all is okay.

    Nice Gennaro! Yea my weight has probably crept up about 4-ish average LB since Feb. It was a bit low perhaps but I don't want to go up more. I am a Sun weigh-in guy.
