I'm not new to myfitness pal. But I am new to getting on track to becoming fit and living a healthy lifestyle. My current weight is 316lbs. I started back up with this app in June weighing in at 340. So I've come a long way. I can actually see my hips decreasing in size. This is to prepare me for weight loss surgery in December. My dr said I'd be a good healthy weight at 200-250lbs. Mainly because I'm tall and very broad shouldered. I'm also from Arkansas. Please feel free in giving me tips in exercises, good recipes... anything. But please don't bash me for my weight. Thank you!!!

Hey, Jenny! Just sent you an add request. Im new to this myself, but not new to weight struggles. It's great to hear that your doctor is behind you and gave you a manageable weight for health instead of being insistent on you getting to some crazy weight that would seem daunting. I'm always up for new recipes too and willing to share.1
