I'd be happy between 135 and 1450

Many women my eight aim for below my comfortable weight. I'm 5'4" and will be happy at 133. I have been as low as 128 but it's not maintainable for me.0

Currently at 155 and goal weight is around 135-140. I'm 5'7.0

I'm 4'11" and it says my weight should be around 95lbs which isn't going to happen. In high school before I got sick I weighed about 110-115. I had quite a bit of muscle and I'd like to get back to that. Though it will take me a very long time to get there. I doubt it'd be attainable for me though. So a little muscle would be okay. That probably puts me at around 105, I think? Mostly I'd like my thighs and bottom to fit into at least a size 5 again. Most of my fat goes directly to my upper lower half. It's really frustrating finding clothes.0

My current goal weight is 160. My lowest was 156. But I am content at 170. Currently at 173!0

I've been anywhere from 98 to 138 at 5'1". I put a number into MFP which takes me to a previous weight range I felt good at (115-120) but I will go by fit of clothes and how strong I feel rather than the scale, especially as I hope to add more muscle.0

I'm 53 years old and I've never been a "normal" weight. Well, at birth and as a young child I suppose...but not otherwise. Thinnest I can remember being was 185 for about a second when I was 21, after I had surgery that removed a 20 lb cyst (honest to God, 20 lbs) and I rapidly gained 20 lbs and was back over 200 again. At 5'10" weight charts say about 150. My doctor once told me 180 was what I should shoot for, nothing lower. My slimmest in the last 20 years was 228. I was pretty happy at 228. I'd be THRILLED at 199. Anything under 200.0

I'm 5'7 and my ultra goal would be around 150, 170ish I would be happy with too. Long way 'til that happens though.0

At the moment I weight 11.3 want to get up around 12.5, gain more strength and power, for the position that I play so I don't get pushed off the ball..0

My cousin the old football coach told me to stop at 190.
My doctor the Hindu vegan told me to stop at 180.
My wife who doesn't want to be bigger than me told me to stop at 170.
I'm at 168 and I'm not stopping.
I decided last year to reach 160. With that goal post in sight, I have to start thinking of maintaining at 160 or simply maintaining at my calorie levels, which I have become comfortable with, and discovering what weight that really supports.0 -

So I am currently 176.5. The chart says I should be 114-127. Just saw something that said medium frame is 124-130.
My goal is 128.
I have been all the way down to 92 when I was nursing my son. It's NOT a good look. I look best at no less than 125 so I guess I must be medium frame.0 -

'Actual', if no one had told me: 165-175. I felt so good in that range. My body proportions fat well.

I would love to weigh around 100 again. Current gw though is 135 at 5'6 so we will see if I am comfortable with that or not.0

Started at 75.9 goal is to get back to 60. Hit 73.1 this week. Im 169 tall and thats in my "range"0
