    Thanks Jill. When I joiend this group my goal was to exercise every day. I am trying to do 10,000 calories burned this week. I will be close.

    So ambitious. Congrats on reaching (or getting close, as the case may be) your goal. Are you going to take any rest days after this month is up?

    I rest when I feel like I need to. I have been doing this for months, so my body is used to the exercise. A rest day for me is usually only doing 4 or 5 miles instead of 8-10. Today may be a rest day. I did 5 miles this morning, but was feeling sluggish and sore, so I may not do an evening workout.
