Anybody remember the advert and thinking that will never happen to me? A number of years later and boom I look like another pregnant male. Damn hitting 30's sucks so bad

    At 30 I was lean and had a 6 pack because of all the recreational drugs I was taking - getting close to 40 and still have a 6 pack... traded drugs for workouts - same BF% just more muscles.

    How about hitting 50's with an epic belly. Eat less, move more, enjoy your 30's.
