Back home and my step-dad is doing well. We brought him home to NC from WV on 8/15. I'm so glad to be home! It's been a stressful month which doesn't go well with the diet! I know that I have gained. I tried to get some exercise in while we were gone but it wasn't much. Will get back to logging all my food and working out on Monday. I've been checking in on my phone, which doesn't let me get to the message boards so today is the first day I've been able to see what y'all are up to and everyone is doing great!!! I hope to maintain thru all this, but not counting on it as I'm a stress eater!!! Will check in on Monday! Keep up the great work!!!0

Ok...here goes...my weight this morning was 191 lbs. :grumble:
Up from 186.5 when I first joined the group and had been maintaining that until the wrench was thrown at me. I have dusted myself off and gotten back on the horse today. Went over on my macros, but stayed within my calorie goal. I'm getting there. I started the C25K program yesterday and am organizing a team for a 5k on October 12th. Now, to see the scale move in the right direction...keep up the great work y'all! :flowerforyou: :drinker:
