And feed me. Can I eat there? What would be the most solid choice for a ball park snack? Peanuts? Popcorn? I need to feel like I've snacked, but I don't want to undo my week.

Eat what fits into your limit. I don't know about your team, but mine has a shop where they sell deli sandwiches, fruits and veggies, etc.

A regular hot dog isn't really that bad. 260 calories, maybe? And hot dogs taste SO GOOD at the game - I'll get a hot dog with ketchup and a little bit of relish and a Michelob ultra and it's somewhere right around 400 calories for a very baseball-y experience.

Of course, then the kids get peanuts and I end up eating a bunch of those, too because they're delicious. And THOSE will kill your calories for sure. But they're kind of worth it.

Bank those calories and enjoy some ballpark food within your calorie limits. Use MFP to plan ahead and you'll know exactly what you can eat.

In short, a solid snack (nutritional profile aside) will be whatever fits your calorie limits.

Try going online and see what will be served at the different food vendors... I know the ballpark at Arlington (Texas) has those menus online so you can do a little pre-planning
