Although squatting is amazing, Try to incorporate deadlifts, step ups, and lunges too! (All weighted of course) working your hamstring will help make your booty pop! Also, between heavy sets, do some fire hydrants with a resistance band and some donkey kicks too. These will keep it perky!

You need to work the rear chain to avoid becoming quad dominant as you worked the squats, leg presses, and lunges, and the best way to do that is deadlifts, Romanian Deadlifts, good mornings, and glute ham raises.2

My Lady-Friend (wife) had flat runner's booty. Started hitting the weights (hammies, hammies, hammiiieees) as described in both posts above and she built her booty to first in class. Takes time, takes progressive overload, weight and WORK, but it's there if you want it.
After all, booty is the new 6-pack.1
