    anyone have a spouse who tries to sabotage them with their choices to change their eating habits and feel better about themselves? Its pretty subtle but its like someone just turned on the light for me..

    Took my grand-dog home tonight.
    I don’t mind babysitting her but it’s nice for her that she’s home with her pack.
    I could tell she missed them.
