    I made this low carb pumpkin cheesecake last week. As we are not doing a big meal on the big day, We had this over the weekend and are working on finishing it off currently. It was very good, loved the texture. Make sure the cream cheese is room temp, so much easier to work with, and I did sub heavy cream for the yogurt in her version as I didn't want to go out and buy some when I realized I didn't have enough yogurt in the house. I used liquid stevia as I don't do well with the dry sugar substitutes almost forgot to add that bit.
