I am finally getting on a regular exercise routine. It I need help with my nutrition.....any suggestions or ideas would be helpful

    Start reading some of the other threads as well as the ones pinned to the top. That should help.

    Start by logging your food here every day and then at the end of the day, study your Food Diary and make adjustments so you are getting enough protein, fat, and other nutrients that you need.

    I would say have a protein, fat, and carbohydrate in every meal and snack. Pay close attention to how you feel after you eat and how you feel 2-3 hours later. Different foods affect hunger in different ways.

    I'd say log your meals here and get a scale and weigh everything. It is amazing how much off using measuring cups can be. I also suggest reading the many different posts as you really can learn alot.
