    Today was an itty bitty egg from one of this year's baby chickens, scrambled with more egg whites, couple cherry tomatoes, onion, bit of deli ham, on a slice of ezekiel toast.

    Two scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of applewood smoked bacon, and a slice of whole grain toast w/ homemade honey butter.

    Regular parfait with low fat vanilla yogurt, handful of blueberries, 4T of granola, 1T of chia seeds. Pretty good. Starting overnight oats next week.
