Sloppy meal hahah but one of my staples... Just some 90/10 ground beef with onions and green peppers on top of rice, with a side of yogurt. Ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, chili powder, all-spice, and a touch of tomato paste.
About 1700 calories in total. Arabs tend to put a side of yogurt with every food so I couldn't resist...
Might make some kebabs tomorrow with the rest of my ground beef with some veggies skewered on, that would be nice.1 -
Hi! Here's the recipe for a protein shake I drink sometimes as part of my OMAD. It's about 500 cal as described below:
1-1/2 c. 2% milk
1 tablespoon Nestle's Quik (No Sugar Added)
1 tablespoon protein powder, any flavor
1 medium banana, frozen
1 tablespoon peanut butter (peanuts only, no additives)
Blend until smooth.
You can customize per your tastes. I find that it's a good way to get calories in on the occasions when I don't feel like doing much food prep.2 -

Had some rib eye steak to get rid of...
Excuse the kraft singles, was too lazy to go out and get proper cheese hahah.
Whole meal was roughly 1700 calories. Saved some calories off the rib eye by trimming off some of the side fat, even though it hurt to do lol
