Realistic GF and low carb meals

I have been recently dx with gluten intolerance. Any suggestions on meal ideas that are low carb/GF?? TYIA

Gluten free and low carbing is easy. Basically any protein and non starchy vegetable and you have a meal.
Think salmon and broccoli with cheese
steak and mushrooms with cauliflower
chicken and spaghetti squash with parmesan
I have celiac disease and low carbed for ten years.2 -
I eat a lot of meat, cheese, veggies, and some fruit. It's pretty easy once you get used to it. I don't consider myself low carb but I am gluten free for medical reasons and have been for years.1

We're having ham, collared greens, black-eyed peas, and cornbread (made with GF flour) tonight; will have cake (GF flour) for dessert. Gluten-free is not necessarily synonymous with low carb - we eat variations on beans and rice several times a week. Hamburgers are gluten-free; I eat mine either in a lettuce wrap or with a fork. I have GF bread in the freezer, but don't eat it much (which is why it's in the freezer) - I just don't eat much bread anymore.2
