So I didn't quite hit my goal of 11 pounds in 3 months but I'm happy with my 9 pounds of difference. Congrats to everyone who participated1 -
I stopped doing the weekly weigh ins once I started a march fitness challenge at my gym. I did a final screening this morning, lost 2% body fat, and an extra 7.8 pounds!
Starting weight in January was 195, and today weigh in was 184.5. didn't hit the 20lb goal, but the last month has been where I made the best progress, and I'm gonna keep it up!
My next goal will be for memorial day, I'll aim for 15lbs. anyone else want to keep this going?0 -
