If anyone wants to monitor their own weight loss trend, I've an excel template in my Onedrive public folder, you can download it from here: ONEDRIVE LINK
Just pop your weights in column B each week and it will update on the chart.
If you need to tweak the weights at the axis but aren't sure how to do it, give me a shout and I'll let you know how.1 -

hi everyone, hope it is ok if I join in with your weekly weigh ins. I have tried dieting in the past but haven't had much willpower. i'm currently 155 lbs and would like to be around 134. I am 10 pounds heavier than when I last used mfp this time last year which has really shocked me as I haven't weighed myself till now. I have a very physical job 3 evenings a week and I also live in the lake district and walk my dog on the fells a lot. I always think that I don't need to watch what I eat and drink because I burn so much off...but obviously that is no longer true and I need to cut back on the wine, sausage rolls, crisps etc. Hoping being part of a group will help keep me on the straight and narrow...2

Hi everyone. I'm Joe. Add me if you want. At my highest weight I was 367lbs. I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and after that I dropped nearly 50 lbs. Over the last three years I've been in the 305 to 325 range. As of joining I'm at 290 with the hope to hit 230 and maybe lower. Thanks. Good luck all.2

Been stuck in a scale rut the last 2 weeks, mostly down to eating out whilst travelling and not getting my strength training in I think, but I've finally started to move under 105kg again
Yay! Also started couch to 5km too. May is going to be my *kitten*!

@tinkerbellang83 I'm looking forward to hearing how you're doing with c25k. Do you have any knee issues? Mine come and go. Much better overall with the weight loss. In the past I've had horrible shin splints when trying to run. Yet, I've been thinking about trying it when I get below 190#. Please keep us posted! You go girl!0

@shakenbake57 No specific knee problems, they get a bit achey after running but I suppose I would too if I was carrying 230lb lol I started Week 3 last week, missed a day because of being out of town and not getting back until quite late so the conundrum now is whether to just head on into Week 4.0 -
Hello, I'm Michelle! I've gained 14 lbs over the last 2 years, and I don't like it one bit. About to hit 45 so really time to turn it back around. I walk to work (3mi round-trip each day), try Orange Theory 1-2 days per week which I prob have to increase. I eat pretty healthy but weekend eating and cocktails derails me. Hope this helps!1

Hi, my name is Pat, I have been on and off Weight Watchers for years. I have reached my goal weight several times. Now I am older I am making my goal weight higher then when I was younger. I would like to loose about 85 lbs. I set my weekly goal at 1 lb per week since I am a senior weight comes off slower. My favorite form of exercise is Line Dancing and Zumba. Just moved to a new area and trying to find a Zumba Gold class. I am currently doing Line Dancing 3 times a week for 60 minutes each day. I have to do something I enjoy or I won't keep it up. I joined this group to try and keep me accountable.5
