I do mostly AIP but some butter and cheese slips in there and doesn't seem to effect me. I am allergic to soy, gluten and nightshades. I am currently off nuts. I am not sure that I have to be, but they can be a trigger food. I can eat cup fulls at a time. I am also managing my calories, which I find really easy to do with none of the above.0 -
Omg, what is this fat bomb you speak of?.. recipe. I must have it!0

I don't eat strict paleo or primal. If I REALLY want a cookie or frozen yogurt, I have it...but limit it to once or twice a week. I eat a LOT of vegetables and fruits, but try to avoid starches and enjoy high carb fruits like peaches and mangoes as more of treat, like 2-3 servings a week. I also go for bacon and red meat if I feel like treating myself to a hearty meal, and the only dairy I really eat is cheese on occasion and light sour cream if I'm going for mexican food or making a spanish influenced salad dressing.0 -
