Thanks...No I'm not water fasting anymore, I haven't for two weeks0 -
Way to go. I think the key for maintenance (for me anyways) is to eat other meals low carb (not dinner but just the other ones). I've been able to do that for the last year and keep my weight down. If you add meals back in, you may just want to start at lunch to see how that effects you and go from there. A large salad with some protein is a perfect lunch I think. Anyways you have done great. Now have a good plan for maintenance!0

Thanks...I plan on eating OMAD and low carb every other day and TMAD the other days...On the TMAD days I will do what you suggest and only eat extra carbs at my big meal, Thanks for the advice0 -
