    Definitely a good idea Kim. I have completely fallen off the wagon lately. I think I was just kinda done with everything and needed a break. I took away the obligation of getting up in the morning to work out and decided to take the week off. I have also been eating really bad on top of it. I think I am pretty much ready to get back on track starting Monday. My goal for this next week will be to stay under calories, hit my water levels, and workout at least 4 of 7 days.

    It does take a while to not hurt so bad. They are such a huge part of our lives. Definitely feel for you. :'(

    Is the challenge through MFP? I am getting my butt back on track tomorrow!! I'm getting back into my March challenges MiamiSeoul puts on and going into the April ones right away. Also tried signing up for the Hogwarts one Shanna mentioned on her feed.

    Haven't abandoned you, Kim! I did walk a little on Saturday and Sunday but didn't make it in here. Slept in yesterday but did manage to get up and workout this morning!! 40 minutes for today, so far. Might try to do a walk at lunch.
