Joined gym a year ago and lift alone other than gym buddies I've made. And love it!!
    Bench 95
    Squat 150
    Deadlift 195

Good numbers. I have lifted alone most of my life. Training partners are nice but they come and go. At the end of the day, it's you, the iron, and your addiction to lifting. Nice work.

    Thank you :)

    Your welcome.

Great job! I compete with USAPL too! Have you qualified for Nationals yet? I qualified last year and will try to qualify for 2019 Nationals at Regionals in August
Yep @PowerliftingMom. Nats is easy -- you just need a QT in any meet in the last two years as an M1. Raw Nats, if I recall is more difficult, I need 570 for my age/weight class. Did that two years ago.

I'll be at Raw Nats in Chicago, 2019.

Raw Nats M3 and older just need a total. Hopefully I will be in Chicago too in 2019!

Hope to see you there! I only live 80 miles from Chicago so I am not going to miss this one. (And I'll also be a refereeing so I will probably be there all week.)
