    Bit of a blah weight loss this week, but it was the heavy week in my lifting cycle and I'm now consistently deadlifting above bodyweight.

    I was happy to have not gained this week, but obviously won't be hitting my Feb goal. This is the first week of the year that I haven't lost and its easily traced back to my awful eating all of last weekend. I have to stay diligent on the weekends just as much as the weekdays!

    Weekends are the bane of my existence! I am going for Mexican tonight with a friend! I swear to myself I am not going to drink. We'll see how that goes.

    @dbanks80 good luck! I always start doing this after a little success, I think I can treat myself and then go overboard. Back to logging everything, every day for me. Enjoy the Mexican food!

    I’ll take it! I’ve adjusted my diet to include eating more low-glycemic foods. Last night we ate dinner at an Italian restaurant. I opted for the zucchini spaghetti rather than pasta. (It’s actually real zucchini cut with a spiral machine to look like pasta.) It was really good! I’m going to get one of those spiral machines...somewhere.

    They have some little hand ones that work like a pencil sharpener for $15 at WalMart, and some bigger ones that have a hand crank and look a little easier for like $25.
